We currently ship only within Pakistan.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available across Pakistan for your convenience.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition. Hygiene-related items (e.g., personal care devices) may not be eligible for return.

We’ll send you a tracking link via SMS or email after your order is shipped. You can also contact our support team.

10. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — just email or message us your order number. Orders already shipped can’t be canceled.
